This was our second year hosting and what a blast it was! We had athletes from all over south central Texas come out and compete and show support. This year, we did an outside WOD. It was HOT, but it was awesome!

I am excited to be hosting our first Throwdown here at Polemistis CrossFit! Come join us on Friday, July 15th and get your workout ON!
