My work/rest schedule:
I choose to workout 5 days a week and take weekends off.
How I train:
I train hard and with purpose. I follow the CrossFit theories and train my athletes to do the same.
My experience with CrossFit:
CrossFit has changed my life dramatically. I love the diversity of lifting weights, to having functional range of motion, feeling strong, conditioned, and lean.
